Luxury Thai Villas is a small, independent provider of luxury villas in Pattaya, Thailand. We have two villas, next door to eachother and all but identical. Each Pattaya Villa has its own private pool and it's own car. They are available exclusively through us and we don't manage properties on behalf of anyone else.

You'll deal with Tommy prior to your arrival in Thailand and then you'll be looked after by Su once you arrive. You can expect the very best of service at all times - speedy email response, fantastic value prices, luxurious accommodation and personal service second to none.

Our Pattaya Villas are on View Point as it’s really close to Jomtien beach (much nicer than Pattaya beach), close to local amenities, quiet and yet within just minutes you can be right in the heart of Pattaya – the best of both worlds. Within a few minutes walk you've a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven - both open 24/7 with a wide choice of food, drinks and other small items. If you take the car provided in the price, then a 5 minute drive has you at the massive Tesco Lotus superstore where you'll find pretty much everything you could want.
